A Series of Lectures Given by the Tenured Professor from Engineering College, University of Liverpool

From March 22 to March 28, 2013, a series of lectures on structural dynamics and control was given by the tenured Professor Ouyang Huajiang from Engineering College, University of Liverpool in Logistics and Engineering College, SMU.

Professor Ouyang Huajiang is an expert of State Bureau of Foreign Experts, a Chang Jiang Scholar, and an expert in the field of structural dynamics and control. The lectures that Professor Ouyang Huajiang gave played an important role in broaening international views.

On March 27, Professor Ouyang Huajiang had talks with faculties from Logistics and Engineering College as well as exchaged scientific researches of University of Liverpool.

Logistics and Engineering College will make more efforts in the introduction of international talents and at the same time more cooperation is to be expected between University of Liverpool and Shanghai Maritime University, such as exchanges of scholars and students, scientific research cooperation, etc.
