The Research on our College Conducted under Chen Wang, the Director of Technology Bureau in Qinzhou City Guangxi Province

On the afternoon of April 4th, Chen Wang, the director of Technology Bureau in Qinzhou City Guangxi Province and Wei Gaofeng, the deputy director, together with another two officials, came to Logistics Engineering Institute of Shanghai Maritime University for a research. Our dean Hu Xiong, vice president Xue Shilong and relevant teachers gave them a warm reception.

Before the meeting, they visited related laboratories such as information platform integration technology laboratory, automatic container terminal technology laboratory, and green technology laboratory.

At the meeting, Wei Gaofeng gave an introduction to the history, geographic position and the present development of Qinzhou City; Hu Xiong represented the basic case of Logistics Engineering Institute of Shanghai Maritime University; Chen Wang introduced the Qinzhou Port and also put forward some suggestions for such issues as joint ventures, laboratory construction and production-study-research cooperation.

The talk went smoothly in a positive atmosphere; both sides reached consensus in strengthening communication and refining cooperation.
