The Branch of Material Handing Engineering Equipment Integration and Services Meeting was Held in Xiamen

From November 23 to 25, the Branch of Material Handing Engineering Equipment Integration and Services meeting was held in Xiamen. 60 representatives from 60 units attended the meeting. Under the leadership of Xu Xiong, dean of Logistics Engineering College, teachers from Logistics Engineering College in Shanghai Maritime University attended it.
Many experts from famous enterprises and research institutes, such as Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd, Huadian Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd, China Metallurgical group corporation and Sany Group Co. Ltd were presented at the meeting. In the meeting, they had communication about industry dynamics and industry development direction. Prof. Wang Yueming from Shanghai Maritime University made a report about the development trend of port loading and unloading machinery at home and abroad. Prof. Wang introduced the history and development trend of port loading and unloading machinery as well as the opportunities and challenges in the development of industry. The report was received an enthusiastic response.
After the meeting, participants watched the Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal Co.,Ltd. intelligent container terminal system which was developed by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Group.
